PACKING: The sugar will be packed in 50 KG PP bags, each 22 bags in jumbo bags, new poly lined heat sealed and double wall jute bags of combined tare of 150 grams each plus 2% of extra bags at seller account in each vessel.

There is an indefinite number of types of rice. We mainly supply the type as per the specifications below.
Rice in its original state is called “paddy rice”. It is treated by polishing it to remove the other part around the grain. It can be sold the whole grain, after the first stage of polishing, or as white rice if more polished. Several grades of polishing exist. Rice can also be parboiled, meaning it is partially boiled in its husk, to better retain micro-nutrients, especially in vitamin B1 which prevents beriberi.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Wheat is a cereal distributed in many food supply operations, in whole grains or as a flour. Wheat can be stored for long periods of time as whole grains, provided the storage is properly conducted. Fumigation of stocks should be done at least every 3 months; more often if needed. Milling should be processed only when a distribution date is known, to avoid long storage of flour.

GENERAL INFORMATION: White or Yellow maize a cereal distributed in many food supply operations, as grain, grits and flour.
Shelf life of milled products is short, because the fat content become rancid and acidic, and milled product is very sensitive to microbiological contamination. Maize meal can be stored a few weeks or months only, depending on the climatic and storage conditions – check before milling. 75% is a first-grade quality flour, 92% is cruder and turn rancid and acidic very quickly, but is better nutritionally. When a fast use cannot be guaranteed, extraction of 75% is highly recommended.
